• We will refund, providing the goods are still in pristine, saleable order.

Confirmed fault?

• Reported no later than 28 days from receipt of your goods.
• Replace or refund your costs whichever you prefer.
• If we hear nothing, after 15 days we will deem that you are satisfied with your purchase.
